Delivery Terms and Conditions
1. Delivery Fee
All orders are subject to a standard delivery fee, which will be clearly displayed and applied at checkout. This fee covers packaging, handling, and shipping within the specified delivery areas. Our minimum charge for delivery is a large envelope which ensures your products arrive protected and in good condition. 2. Shipping Method
By default, all orders will be shipped using Royal Mail. We reserve the right to use alternative carriers if deemed necessary for logistical reasons, but any changes will be communicated to the buyer in advance.
3. International Shipping
We only delivery in United Kingdom. No international shipping are available at this time.
4. Delivery Timeframes
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method. While we strive to meet these delivery timeframes, please note that delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as postal strikes or extreme weather conditions.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please note that tracking may not be available for all shipping methods or destinations.
6. Delivery Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We will not be responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information. In the event that an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to re-send the package.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at lupocrystalsholistic@gmail.com We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund, subject to our discretion and investigation of the claim.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier and returned to us, we will notify the buyer. If the buyer chooses not to have the package re-shipped, a refund may be issued, minus the original shipping fee and any additional costs incurred in returning the package.
