Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lupo Crystals Holistic. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
• The product must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are exempt from being returned or refunded:

• Broken and/or chipped crystals that has nothing to do with the delivery service. 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact  Us: Email our customer service team at lupocrystalsholistic@gmail.com to request a return authorisation. Please include your order number and      reason for the return.
2. Prepare Your Return: Ensure that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
3. Ship Your Return: Send the product to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

• Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
• Rejected Refunds: If  your return is not approved due to not meeting the eligibility criteria, the product will be returned to you at our expense.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at lupocrystalsholistic@gmail.com with details and a photo of the issue.
